Please complete the application form as instructed below. You have the option of payment by PayPal or electronic funds transfer but for the latter please send an email to me using this link for the bank details. Because of handling problems I have discontinued payment by cheque.

PayPal is a simple and secure way to transfer money. If you already have a PayPal account then you can make the payment(s) to me directly from that using the "Send Money" tab and following the instructions. You must use my email address, sue@pilgrimstitchers.org , as the recipient. If you don't have a PayPal account you can easily set one up by again clicking on the "Send Money" tab and make the actual payment from a credit or debit card.

As indicated on the form if you decide to make an electronic funds transfer you need to send an email to me using this link and I will supply you with my account details. Should you not be in a position to use online banking then to make an electronic payment you only have to go to your bank with my details and your proof of identity and they will do it for you.

You can send the form to the address below or the details in an email prior to sending the form and making the payment. If you send an email before the payment I will record your choices directly and hold them for 1 week while I await your payment but will contact you by email if it hasn't arrived within the week. Allocation of places in classes are purely on a first come first served basis and will be confirmed by email or post.
